We offer returns within 7 days upon receipt of non-custom items.

To request a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We will collect the item from you and credit back the card used upon receipt.
All items must be returned in original packaging, unused with attached AU ETOILE tag and in the condition received.
Please note that custom sizes and special orders cannot be returned for a refund.
