Fine jewellery and what to note

  1. The carats, the number of stones and the metal weight are given as an indication. Non-contractual values. Please note that each Au Etoile creation is hand-crafted. As a result, length of chain, weight and stone color may differ slightly from one creation to the next.

 

Diamonds and precious stones

  1. We use natural diamonds and precious stones.
  2. If you would like to have a custom order using Lab-Grown diamonds, please feel free to contact us.

 

Pre-order or available stock

  1. As we are a small jeweller, we have limited available inventory and most of our products are on pre-order only.
  2. Your pre-order would be ready in about 2 months. The timeline of 2 months covers the sourcing of precious stones and metals, and assembly and polishing of jewellery by our partner workshops.

 

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Please note that custom sizes and orders cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

 

Where is our jewellery made?

  1. We design the jewellery ourselves as original designs. Each creation is crafted by our partner workshops either in Singapore or globally.
  2. For slight differences in prices between collections, this would be due to cost of materials that could vary between the years in which the jewellery was produced.

 

Purchase certificate

  1. A purchase certificate will be included in the jewellery box for your purchases as proof of purchase from Au Etoile Jewelry. This purchase certificate will indicate your invoice number and product description.

 

Do we provide Diamond GIA certificates?

  1. GIA issues the Diamond Grading Report for loose natural diamonds weighing 0.15 carats or more. As our jewellery use small natural diamonds that are less than 0.15 carats each, these diamonds are not GIA- certified.

 

About warranty and repair

  1. As part of Au Etoile’s ongoing commitment to outstanding customer service and lifelong care of your products, we provide repair services.
  2. A fee may be charged for repairs where damages are due to loss of major parts of the product etc. The repair fee will differ depending on the material, design, and contents of the repair, so please contact us for details.

 

Custom sizing or requests

  1. For custom sizes, please feel free to drop us a email at [email protected] to arrange this. Custom orders lead time is about two months.

 

Private Appointment

  1. Contact us to view one or two pieces of fine jewellery over a casual coffee. We can also arrange a formal viewing for the full collection.
  2. We do not have a physical store and will host our in-person appointments at spaces of shophouses or studios that we collaborate with in Singapore.
